VINTAGE NOTE

Marc Bohan created the Dior Oblique motif in 1967, turning the house’s name into a repeating graphic language. The interest lies in the way lettering becomes pattern: recognisable up close, yet able to read as texture across the surface of a bag. Here, the grey-and-black lettering is interrupted by a broad central band, giving the familiar repeat a more graphic, structured expression.

Diorella chose it for that interplay of pattern and restraint. The cool palette feels easy with modern tailoring, while the chain and central detail provide enough character to make the bag the main accessory.
