1. In-store Sales Policy

・ All items available at Diorella.me boutiques are vintage and pre-owned goods carefully sourced from Japan. Each piece carries its own history and character, which may include natural signs of age and wear.

 

・ Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the item’s condition before making a purchase. We appreciate your kind understanding as each vintage piece is unique and sold in its present state.

 

・ Once payment has been completed, it is understood that you have accepted the item’s current condition. Therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted after payment is made at the store.

 

2. Online Orders: Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies only to online orders placed through Diorella.me.

 

Product Condition

・ All items offered for sale are vintage, pre-owned goods sourced from Japan. They may show visible signs of previous use such as minor wear or age marks. Customers are strongly advised to review all product descriptions and photos carefully before confirming purchase.

・ Payment confirms acceptance of the item’s condition, meaning no return or exchange will be accepted.

 

When a Return Is Accepted

・ Returns are only accepted if the item received is incorrect (different model or item entirely) or significantly inconsistent with its online description.

・Minor variations in color tone, material texture, or vintage wear do not qualify as grounds for return.

 

Eligibility & Membership Requirement

・ All return requests must be submitted online via the Diorella.me return system within 7 days of receiving the item.

・ Only registered members who placed their order under a Diorella.me account are eligible for the return service.

・ Orders placed through guest checkout are not entitled to any return or refund.

 

Return Conditions

・ Returned items must be kept in exactly the same condition as received, including all original packaging and accessories such as dust bags, tags, and invoice.

・ Used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

・ All shipping charges for returning the item are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

・ Return policy is not applicable to items picked up and confirmed at Diorella.me office and/or shop.

 

Refund Process

・ Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 14 working days.

・ Refunds will be made to the original payment method only. Delivery fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

・ All Diorella.me items are sold as vintage goods in their current condition. Age-related wear, scratches, and patina are natural characteristics of vintage items.

・ Customers are responsible for reviewing all images and descriptions before completing payment.
